bring water to boil add carrots let cook for five minutes add meat onion orzo pasta and butter boil 7 minutes make oil and flour into paste add more oil if necessary have liquid boiling stir clockwise add paste stir well its going to thicken a bit if to thick add water to thin add spice to your taste
