honey

lemon juice

1 dash

kosher salt

1 1/2 pints

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add water to pot, bring to boi,l add salt, ginger, lemon juice, and honey. let steep a bit simmering for 2-4 minutes return to boil

* Step 2

Add lemon juice to cornstarch stir well till cornstarch is disolved. stir broth clockwise, pour thickener in broth, then stir to tighten broth a bit. Its not a sauce but broth let cool a bit, and drink
