Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First Wash and peel carrots then either grate it or use food processor to shred it.
* Step 2
In a pan take 2 tbsps of ghee and add grated carrots and stir it.
* Step 3
Cover it and let it cook for 5-7 minutes or until it get soft but don’t overcook it. Make sure to stir in between.
* Step 4
Remove the lid and add milk to it and again let it cook in milk. When all the milk gets dissolved open the lid.
* Step 5
Add sugar to it and let it cook without lid for a few minutes.
* Step 6
Add milk powder and nuts and mix it or cook for 2-3 minutes so that everything gets mixed into it.
* Step 7
Tada, it’s ready. turnoff the gas and serve it with more nuts for garnishing.
