Garlic Bread

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together water, sugar and dry yeast and give it good mix. Let it aside for 10 minutes till yeast get proved.
* Step 2
In mixing bowl, take 1 cup of flour, 1 tsp oil, and yeast. Mix well and make a sticky dough. Cover it and let it sit for an hour so that it gets double in volume.
* Step 3
Now add rest 1/2 cup flour, salt to taste and 1/2 tsp garlic paste and ground it. Knead the dough and let it rest for another 1 hour or till double in size.
* Step 4
Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out the dough into circle shape on dusted kitchen top with flour.
* Step 5
Apply shredded mozzarella cheese and fold the dough into semi circle shape.
Transfer it onto greased Baking tray. Brush with oil on top.
* Step 6
Sprinkled Parmesan cheese and basil, sesame seeds on top. Cut this into strips using pizza cutter.
* Step 7
Bake this for 10-15 minutes or till the breads golden brown. Do not over bake.
* Step 8
Enjoy this hot garlic bread sticks with sauce. It tastes awesome !!
