Ingredient

Soya sauce

3 Tbsp

Cornstarch

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a saucepan and add onion and saute it for one minute. Add chopped vegetables one by one.

* Step 2

Add chilli sauce, Soya sauce, and mix it well with vegetables. Add water or chicken broth and allow it to boil for 6-7 minutes.

* Step 3

Now add cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup of water. Allow it to thicken and boil.

* Step 4

Whip eggs add salt and whip it. Now drop these eggs with the help of spoon into the boiling soup and cook for another 2 -3 minutes.

* Step 5

Serve it hot and top it with chopped green onions/ Fresh Coriander Leaves.
