Macaroni And Beef Casserole

There are many ways to make Macaroni and Beef Casserole, but this is my own version. It is a simple and easy recipe to make any night of the week. 👩🏻‍🍳

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook your macaroni according to the instructions on its package. Drain it well and rinse it under cold water.

* Step 2

Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet pan, melt the butter. Add the onion and cook it until it becomes light brown. Then add the ground beef and cook over high heat while stirring occasionally. Cook until the meat is brown and all the liquid has evaporated.

* Step 3

Remove from the heat and stir in the macaroni, eggs, chicken/beef flavor, flour, parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the beef mixture to a large ceramic baking dish.

* Step 4

Combine the milk and heavy cream together and pour it evenly over the macaroni mixture. Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese. Bake the casserole uncovered in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until it becomes bubbly and the cheese becomes brown. Let it stand for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy! 😉
