Hilbeh farina sweet الحلبه
This sweet is rich and delicious and can keep for long period of time 😋if you can 😂 great with tea time with friends tasty but high in calories so make sure you have many friends
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash fenugreek seed and soak for a day and keep changing the water for few times
* Step 2
The second day boil the fenugreek seed over medium heat for 10 minutes with one tablespoon of sugar reserve the water for next step
* Step 3
Mix the flour smeed olive oil sugar and all the seed including the cook fenugreek with 1/4 cup of the juice and mix and let it set for 20 minutes
* Step 4
Dissolve the yeast with 1/4 cup of warm water with 1 tablespoon sugar and milk powder to activate
* Step 5
Add the yeast mixture to the dough and mix the dough will be soft but firm spread the dough in greased pan smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes
* Step 6
Bake at 350 f for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown when hot pour cold syrup over it
* Step 7
You need to rest it for at least a day it’s best when it’s cold yummy 😋
