Healthy and pizza don't belong together in a sentence so we are going to call it paczki lol

Ingredient

1/4 cup

quinoa

1/4 cup

split lentil

1 cup

water

1 tablespoon

olive oil

1/8 teaspoon

salt

1/2 tablespoon

cumin or less or option

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak both of the lentils and quinoa in the cup of water and let set for at least hour

* Step 2

Add the spices and the nutritional yeast olive oil to the mixture and blend in nutribullet for a minute till you get a pancake batter like

* Step 3

Heat oven 375 f Pour the mixture on parchment paper add the broccoli florettes and the spinach on top and cook for 20 to 25 minutes enjoy

* Step 4

Enjoy 22 minute later hold its self I did not add cheese because I am on lint but you could add olives cheese meat of your choice enjoy
