Carrot Rice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan and heat the oil
* Step 2
Add cumin mustard seeds, curry leaves, cinnamon stick, Cloves and Cardamon and onion and sauté till golden brown
* Step 3
Now add chilli ginger garlic paste and sauté
* Step 4
Now add carrot and cook for few seconds
* Step 5
Now add rice and all dry masala powder with Sambhar masala powder and mix well
* Step 6
Cook for few seconds your carrot rice is ready garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy with any raita or curd.
