Mexican Rice with Beans
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan and heat the oil, once heated add onions and sauté till golden brown.
* Step 2
Add garlic and chili and sauté few mins.
* Step 3
Now add capsicum and sauté for few mins.
* Step 4
Now add beans and mix well.
* Step 5
Add tomato paste and black pepper powder and mix well.
* Step 6
Add rice and properly mix
* Step 7
Now add mixed herbs, paprika, and salt to taste and mix well.
* Step 8
Your Mexican rice is ready to serve hot enjoy.
