Amarnath Leaves with Potato Curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop and wash the Amarnath leaves and keep aside
* Step 2
Take medium-sized potato and chop into small pieces.
* Step 4
Add cumin mustard seeds once crackle add whole red chilli and onion. Sauté until golden brown.
* Step 5
Now add chilli garlic paste and sauté for few seconds.
* Step 6
Now add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
* Step 7
Now add the Amarnath leaves and nicely cook.
* Step 9
Add all dry masala and mix well
* Step 10
Next add salt to taste and as per your choice of consistency add water let it boil for few seconds
* Step 11
Your Amarnath leaves with potato curry is ready serve with hot roti or paratha. Enjoy
