Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the poha and soak for few minutes with little water and add haldi and red chilli powder keep aside
* Step 2
Take a pan add oil and heat on a medium flame once the oil is heated add cumin mustard seeds and a pinch of hing after that add chopped potatoes and peanuts and curry leaves
* Step 3
Once the potato are nicely cooked add chopped onion sauté for few minutes
* Step 4
Once the potato and onion nicely cooked after add soaked poha mix properly and last add lemon juice sugar and salt to taste mix well.
* Step 5
Your poha is ready for breakfast garnish with sev and coriander leaves enjoy with tea.
