Gobhi Manchurian
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut cauliflower into small florets.
* Step 2
Take a bowl add plain flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Slowly add water to make a batter.
* Step 3
Now take the cauliflower and coat it with the batter. And deep fry. Keep it aside.
* Step 4
For the gravy. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil, once heated add chilli ginger garlic paste and sauté for few seconds. Add all the chopped vegetables. Sauté fore few seconds in high flame.
* Step 5
Now add red chilli sauce soy sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well.
* Step 6
Add 2 cups water, salt to taste and black pepper powder. Boil for 1 min
* Step 7
Reduce the heat of the pan. Now take a new bowl add 1 tbsp corn flour and 1/4 cup water to make a mixture. Slowly add into the pan to create the thickness of the gravy. Mix well
* Step 8
Now add the fried cauliflower and garnish with the green parts of the spring onions. Your gobi manchurian is ready enjoy with your fried rice or naan.
