Rainbow Chocolate Cookies

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180C. And lime a baking tray with baking paper.

* Step 2

Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well

Mix together the butter and sugar until very light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix again.

Now add all the dry ingredients into the mixture and combine well.

Take small proportions and make little balls. And place on to the baking tray

Bake for 18 mins until edges look dry and starting to crisp. Set aside onto a cooling rack

Pour the sprinkles into a bowl.

* Step 8

Melt the chocolate in a bowl with 30 seconds interval. Make sure to stir well in between

* Step 9

Place the melted chocolate on top of the cookies and sprinkles the 100s and 1000s on top.

* Step 10

Your kids favourites rainbow cookies are ready.
