Rawa carrot ladoo
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan and add rawa, roast in low medium heat for 2 mins till you get a nice aroma.
* Step 2
Remove the Rawa into a bowl.
* Step 3
Add 2 tbsp of ghee back into the same pan.
* Step 4
Now add grated carrot and roast for 2 mins.
* Step 5
Now add the Rawa inside and all dry fruits and condensed milk, elachi powder and mix well in low medium heat.
* Step 6
Mix until the batter is thick.
* Step 7
Once the batter is in the right consistency to make ladoo take it out on to a plate.
* Step 8
Let it cool down for a little bit and start making your ladoos.
* Step 9
Now roll into desiccated coconut.
* Step 10
Your carrot Rawa ladoo is ready enjoy.
