Chatpati Samosa Chaat
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan fry one of the onions with green chilli peppers then add in one of the tomato
* Step 2
Add in spices of your choice to add flavour
* Step 3
Once cooked add in the chickpeas with salt and 1/2 tsp chaat masala
* Step 4
On a plate add 2-3 roughly crushed samosa
* Step 5
Add the chickpeas over the samosa
* Step 6
Drizzle some chutney over the chickpeas
* Step 7
Add onion, tomato and lettuce as a topping
* Step 8
Drizzle some yogurt over the vegetables
* Step 9
Drizzle with a bit more chutney
* Step 10
Sprinkle some chaat masala
* Step 11
Sprinkle off with namkeen and serve
