Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients then add the butter and mix with hand to form a medium-hard dough. Knead for a good 5 mins. Do not melt the butter

* Step 2

Flatten the dough smooth with your hand on a tray to 1cm thickness

* Step 3

Gently cut into desired shape and poke with fork

* Step 4

Sprinkle with a tiny amount of sugar and salt for taste

* Step 5

Put in a 160-170°C (320-340°F) preheated oven and cook for 35-40 mins

* Step 6

When taken out leave to harden as it cools
