Cooking instructions

Mix the yeast with sugar and a bit if lukewarm water
* Step 2
Add the salt to the flour then add the yeast mixture and mix to form a soft dough
* Step 3
Leave to rise for 1-1.5 hrs
* Step 4
Shape dough as you like and leave to rise again for 15-25mins
* Step 6
Place dough in oven and cook for 25-30 mins
