Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 roti
200 ml

Flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients. Then add in water gradually to form a medium-soft dough

* Step 2

After making the dough knead it well for about 5 mins with wet hands to moisten and smoothen the dough

* Step 3

Let the dough rest for atleast 10-30 mins

* Step 4

Form round small balls enough to fit inside palms when closed

* Step 5

Roll the dough flat 1mm thickness without pressing too hard while rolling

* Step 6

Bring the pan to a med-high flame

* Step 7

Place the roti on the pan and leave it for around 15-25 seconds or until bubbles start forming and the bottom is ever slightly cooked

* Step 8

Then turn and cook the other side fully

* Step 9

Then turn again and press gently to form a bubble and cook fully or place directly on heat to puff up the roti on high flame
