Pizza dough

Ingredient

5 pizzas
1 packet

instant yeast

1 tbsp

sugar

1/2 tbsp

salt

4 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the yeast with water and leave to rest 5 minutes

* Step 2

Take about 5 cups flour in a bowl and create a hole in the centre

* Step 3

Add sugar, salt and oil in the centre of the flour then gradually add the yeast water

* Step 4

Mix all ingredients to form a shaggy dough. Doesn't need to be smooth

* Step 5

Slap & fold 1-2 mins or until smooth

* Step 6

Rest 15 mins

* Step 7

Slap & fold 1-2 mins again

* Step 8

Cover and refrigerate 14-18 hours

* Step 9

Divide into roughly 250 grams each and form into ball

* Step 10

Rest 20 mins

* Step 11

Rest room temp for 3-4 hours

* Step 12

Roll out the dough to preferred size and add ingredients as desired

* Step 13

Preheat the oven to 220-230°C for about 10-15 mins

* Step 14

If you add semolina to the base of the pizza before cooking it helps avoid sticking and adds a great taste to the pizza

* Step 15

Then cook the pizza for about 10-15 minutes until the dough rises and the cheese melts

* Step 16

You can also freeze your pizzas to eat it ready whenever you feel lazy to cook

* Step 17

All you have to do is cook it for 5-7 mins until the dough rises but not fully cooked
