300 gram

tepung terigu

100 gram

tepung maizena

1 sdt

garam

1 sdt

gula

1/2 sdt

lada

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate ayam dulu. cuci bersih potongan ayam, taruh diwadah, tambahkan bawang putih dan bawang merah yang sudah dihaluskan, lalu tambahkan garam, lada, gula, tepung maizena, aduk rata, sisihkan (diamkan kurang lebih 1 jam) lebih lama lebih baik, aku biasanya semalaman.

Siapkan tepung. tepung terigu tepung maizena gula sedikit garam lada aduk rata

* Step 3

Panaskan wajan melengkung, panaskan minyak hingga panas mendidih masukan satu persatu ayam yg sudah dibaluri tepung

* Step 4

Goreng hingga emas kecoklatan seperti digambar, garnish denganirisan lemon. siap santap, yum!
