Sherry shrimp sauce

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

butter

1 teaspoon

flour

1/2 cup

cream

2 tablespoons

sherry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt butter,stir in flour,slowly stir in cream and blend well. Cook until mixture thickens. Heat the cooked lobster or shrimp in sauce. Before serving add beaten eggs and sherry. Heat and serve.
