Spinach soup

Ingredient

11/2 cups

cooked spinach

2 cups

1/2 and 1/2

1/4 cup

butter

2 tablespoons

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop spinach add to stock press through sieve

* Step 2

Heat in double boiler add stock and milk which have been thoroughly heated

* Step 3

Add butter

* Step 4

Blend all together

* Step 5

Little whipped cream before serving

* Step 6

Serve hot
