Coconut waffles

Ingredient

3 teaspoons

baking powder

2 teaspoons

sugar

11/4 cups

milk

4 tablespoons

melted butter

1/2 teaspoons

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sift flour and measure

* Step 2

Then sift flour baking powder salt and sugar three times

* Step 3

To well beaten egg yolks add flour and milk alternately

* Step 4

Add butter which has been melted over hot water

* Step 5

Add coconut

* Step 6

Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites

* Step 7

Bake in hot waffle iron
