Grilled Sausage And Peppers
You can eat more healthy and still attain great flavors. Italian style turkey sausages keep the calories at bay. The sage which is optional really accents these sausages. I use a grill/ griddle pan on my gas grill. You can just use your grill without it and use a large sheet of several layers of heavy duty aluminum foil to cook the vegetables.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I used a gas grill and preheated grill and grill pan on high heat for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Once hot, turn heat to a medium heat.
* Step 3
Place sausages on grill or grill pan. Cook five minutes then turn.
* Step 4
Cook another five minutes then turn again. This time place the sausages in opposite direction to achieve a cross hatch grill mark.
* Step 5
Now on griddle side of pan place peppers, onions and sage if using.
* Step 6
Cook sausages in same turning pattern for another 10 minutes. Stir peppers and onions occasionally.
* Step 7
Sausages are done when internal temperature reaches 165°F Fahrenheit.
* Step 8
Serve with buns or over rice or enjoy just as it is!
