Spicy homemade salsa

Easy homemade salsa recipe that’s acidic and spicy!

Ingredient

Food ration :

Makes 2 cups

Cooking time :

1/4 cup

lime juice

1/4 cup

water

1 bunch

cilantro

1/4 tsp

salt

1/8 tsp

black pepper

1/4 tsp

onion powder

2 Tbs

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add tomato, onion, and peppers. Remove ribs in seeds from peppers if you want a milder sauce before adding to pan.

* Step 2

Cook roughly 7 to 8 minutes. Vegetables will begin to blister in charge. Add garlic clothes and cook an additional minute.

* Step 3

Add to a food processor or blender. Add water, lime juice, green onions, and all seasonings. Add cilantro and blend until smooth.

* Step 4

Transfer to a bowl and cover. Refrigerate to cool.
