Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut off ends of green beans and then wash and rinse
* Step 2
Blanch green beans for 4 to 6 min or until bright green. remove from pot and pat dry with paper towel
* Step 4
Add oil to saute pan. heat up oil medium heat
* Step 5
Add garlic and then add green beans. sauté and season to taste. sauté until garlic is golden brown
* Step 6
Deglaze with a little bit of worcestershire sauce and soy sauce if desired
