Beef Chili using "Power Cooker Express"

ground beef 85% lean
4 cups
crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup
beef stock
1/4 cup
chili powder
1 teaspoon
cumin
1 tablespoon
sea salt
1 tablespoon
crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon
sugar
2 tablespoons
grape seed oil
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the inner pot in the power cooker express. Place the oil in the inner pot. Turn the dial to 20 minutes. Add the beef and onions. Cook for five minutes. And this spices and cook for one minute.
* Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients. Place the lid on the power cooker express, Lock lid and switch the pressure release valve to closed.
* Step 3
Once the timer reaches 0, the power cooker express will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Switch the pressure release valve to open. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
* Step 4
Garnish with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
