Bubur Jamur Sapi/Beef Mushroom Porridge Indonesian style

Udah lama absen dari Cookpad, hari ini anak wedok minta di masakan bubur. Trus pengen upload resep, eee ternyata ko pas ada even buat resep bubur. Ya udah ikutan even aja yuukk… Kalau biasanya mungkin teman2 masak bubur dari bahan beras, hari ini saya masak dari nasi (nasi dari bahan beras osmancik pirinc atau beras Turki). Selain lebih cepat masaknya rasanya juga lebih legit.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut and boil the beef and fat 🥩 in a saucepan, boil it with smashed garlic 🧄 and white pepper.

* Step 2

Once the beef is tender, add the rice, diced carrot, green peas, shredded corn and salt. Continue to cook, then add the mushrooms and spring onion.

* Step 3

Continue to cook until the rice become porridge or the water is lesser (When it’s come to Indonesian porridge we like more thicker) or according your taste.

* Step 4

Beef mushroom porridge is ready to eat to satisfy the hungry tummy. Bon Appetite!
