Telur Asin/Salty Eggs

Hidup di perantauan harus mau ribet atau repot, kalau ngga ya sudah alamat cuma bisa menelan ludah atau berangan angan saja xixixi…. Dulu sering diejek kakak “Kasihan nanti suami dan anakmu! Kamu ngga bisa masak, nanti mau dikasih makan apa anak dan suami?” Haaah ternyata terkadang situasi dan kondisi adalah pendorong kita agar kita bisa tetap maju atau setidaknya bertahan!

* Step 1

Wash and clean the eggs properly. Arrange the eggs in the container. Mix the water and salt in the bowl till the salt is dissolved./Cuci dan bersihkan telur dengan benar. Susun telur dalam wadah. Campur air dan garam dalam mangkuk sampai garam larut.

* Step 2

Add the smashed garlic and chili to the bowl mix it. Then put the liquid into the eggs container. Close the lid tightly, jeep it into room temperature for 15-18 days./Tambahkan bawang putih yang dihancurkan dan cabai ke dalam mangkuk, aduk. Kemudian masukkan cairan ke dalam wadah telur. Tutup rapat, jeep ke suhu kamar selama 15-18 hari.

* Step 3

When the time comes (after 15-18 days marinate), boil the eggs for 20-30 minutes. Salty eggs are ready to serve or store in the fridge and eat it whenever you want to eat them./Ketika saatnya tiba (setelah rendam 15-18 hari) rebus telur selama 20-30 menit.
