* Step 1

1. Wash the grapes, cut into half, add all the ingredients except lemon in the pan. Tutup panci, masukkan kulkas diamkan 24 jam sampe air anggur keluar sendiri.

2. Boil the grapes with a smaller fire. Keep stirring every 10 minutes./Rebus anggur dg api kecil. Aduk setiap 10 mt.

When the water in a form thick liquid, check if the jam is ready or not; pick a little amount of the liquid in a spoon ad freezer it for 3-5 minutes./Ketika airnya sudah berkurang dan cairan berubah menjadi kental. Untuk melihat apakah selai sudah siap atau belum, ambil sedikit selai masukkan dlm freser tunggu 3-5 mt.

Once you take it out from the freezer, try to pour it. If the liquid form jam is not easy to drip in, add the lemon juice and boil it for 15 minutes more./Setelah Anda mengeluarkannya dari freezer, coba tuangkan. Jika selai berbentuk cair tidak mudah menetes, tambahkan jus lemon, dan didihkan selama 15 menit lagi.
