Simple Baked BBQ chicken
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
* Step 2
Clean chicken, chicken thighs or dark meat is best for this recipe
* Step 3
Pat chicken dry and season with dry ingredients
* Step 4
Bake for 1hr. Baste both sides of chicken with bbq then return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.
* Step 5
Baste every 10 minutes to your liking. Enjoy!
