Spicy Kenyan wet fry beef liver 🇰🇪🌶️

This dish is great paired with ugali or rice.

Ingredient

1 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop liver and soak in milk for 10-15 min. Helps eliminate bitter taste

* Step 2

Oil & heat pan. Sauté onion and garlic until soft

* Step 3

Add spices except salt & Royco. toast for 3 min. Drain liver and add to the pan to fry for 10 minutes. Add salt & Royco to the liver while it’s frying

* Step 4

Add 1/2 cup water if needed and add peppers. Cover & simmer for 30 min.

* Step 5

Add cilantro for garnish. Enjoy!
