Homemade bread!!

First time baking bread??? Don't worry, this recipe is great for beginners! It's easy and quick!

Ingredient

Food ration :

8 serving

Cooking time :

1 hour
3 1/2 Cups

Bread flour

4 1/2 teaspoon

Active Dry Yeast

1 tablespoon

sugar

1 1/2 cups

water

1 1/4 teaspoon

salt

3/4 teaspoon

balsamic vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Start by adding your sugar, yeast, and water into a bowl and mix until you see that the mix starts to have bubbles

* Step 2

In the bowl, you add 3 cups of the flour, add the salt and vinegar. Mix for a hit and then add the rest of the flour.

* Step 3

Mix and knead until it becomes elastic

* Step 4

Place a wet towel place on top and on top of that place a hot towel. Then place it into the microwave for 25 seconds and then let it sit for 5 minutes

* Step 5

After the 5 minutes is up. Turn on the microwave once more for 25 seconds. Once done remove from the microwave and let it sit for 15 minutes (with the towel still on)

* Step 6

Preheat your oven to 450 for 30 minutes.

* Step 7

Spray a pan and add your dough into a pan. With a knife, slice two lines on top of dough and place it into the oven

After the 30 minutes and the top is nice and golden. You will let it sit for 15 minutes, and enjoy
