Spicy Juicy BBQ Beef Burgers
If you want a burger that tastes extra flavourful, juicy, and has a suprising kick, add a bunch of tasty stuff then regrind the meat and let it slowly absorb all the flavours.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put all that good stuff in a bowl. And stir it around with a spoon.
* Step 2
Using an immersion blender, re-grind the mixture down until it is much smoother, and there are no visible chunks
* Step 3
Take a scoop (about 1/2 cup) and make into a burger. Keep it about 1 inch tall. Shape it nicely.
* Step 4
Sprinkle some extra chili flakes, salt, pepper on the top, bottom, and around the side
* Step 5
Cover burgers with Saran Wrap or in an air right container and refrigerate for at least an hour
* Step 6
Bring back to room temperature by resting on the counter for about 10 mins
* Step 7
BBQ on a grill for 3-5 mins per side or cook in a cast iron pan
