This is one of my favorite recipes this is not a custom recipe of my own is a recipe from buttermilk and bourbon restaurant in Boston chef Jason Santos I’ll read you his quote this is definitely a must try to take it from me “ this may be my favorite recipe in this book I put this beep on everything this is the most popular sauce at the restaurant and all of my staff call this “crack sauce“ because it is literally good on anything use it as a marinade or a barbecue sauce or a salad dressing or a dipping sauce“. Ingredient

Food ration :

4 cups

Cooking time :

However long it takes to make it right
2 cups

mayonnaise

2 tablespoons

prepared horseradish

2 tablespoons

water

2 tablespoons

whole-grain mustard

3 tablespoons

granulated garlic

1/4 cup

lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon

cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon

ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon

chili powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix together the mayonnaise horseradish water black pepper mustard granulated garlic vinegar lemon juice brown sugar cayenne pepper cumin chili powder and Worcestershire sauce. This mixture will keep refrigerate for up to two weeks
