Cajun-style Fried Cabbage

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop & fry bacon & sausage. set aside for later
* Step 2
Do not drain bacon crease. In the same pan fry potatoes. Season with garlic, onion, & pepper. Set aside when it’s done
* Step 3
Add cooking oil to a pot and add diced onions and minced garlic. Cook until soft and fragrant. Add cabbage & vinegar & cover. Simmer on medium low heat until the cabbage is soft.
* Step 4
Add potatoes, brown sugar, & Cajun seasoning and cover and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
* Step 5
Add remaining meat ingredients and cover again and simmer for 15 minutes or until your desired taste & crunch. Enjoy!
