Ingredient

flour

3/4 tsp

salt

pepper

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt margarine on low heat, blend in flour salt and pepper to bubbly boil

* Step 2

Remove, add milk

* Step 3

Add 1 can tuna

* Step 4

Serve over toast
