Tricia's Soda Bread
This yeast free, egg free, dairy free soda bread is quick and easy! So delicious!
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
* Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, mix dry ingredients together with a wire whisp
* Step 3
In a small bowl, mix water and lemon juice together
* Step 4
Make a well in the flour mixture and add liquid mixture
* Step 5
Mix with hands until dough ball forms
* Step 6
Move dough to a floured surface and Knead for 2 to 3 minutes
* Step 7
Place on baking sheet and score top with a sharp knife in an x.
* Step 8
Lightly brush top with olive oil and cover lightly with parchment paper
* Step 9
Bake for 30 minutes. Brush with more oil halfway through cooking and again upon removing from oven.
