Spinach Dal Curry
Indian Spinach or Palak is a commonly used leafy vegetable across in many a dishes.it is used in many forms with variations in taste by adjusting the spices we use in the curry.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a kadai.add 2 tbsp oil.heat on medium flame.add cumin seeds,sliced ginger and garlic.sauté till fragrant.add onions and green chillies.sauté till onion is translucent.
* Step 2
Add tomatoes and sauté till tomatoes are well done.add the chopped spinach,turmeric and salt.mix well and cook till spinach is cooked well.
* Step 3
Add the mashed toor dal,add required water and mix well.cover and cook on medium to Low heat for 10 minutes.gravy have to bit thick by them.cook further until the gravy is as per your consistency.
* Step 4
Remove from heat.heat a small pan,add ghee.when hot add cumin seeds and red chillies.keep on Low flame for few seconds.remove and pour direct over the cooked mix of spinach and dal.serve hot with rice or chapati.
