Shirataki (Konjac) Stir Fried Noodles ʕ·͡ᴥ·ʔ

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and slice up the mushrooms and 200g chicken breast into bite size. chop up the spring onions.
* Step 2
Put some olive oil onto the frying pan and heat up the minced garlic until fragrant. stir fry the chicken breast and put in the soy sauce.
* Step 3
Add in the mushrooms and stirfry them with the chicken until the mushrooms are brown. also fry up the eggs and cut them up into pieces
* Step 5
Boil the shirataki noodles for around 3mins until the ideal texture. and leave them aside to cool.
* Step 6
Using the frying pan again, put some olive oil add in more minced garlic. when fragrant add in your shirataki noodles and soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white pepper.
* Step 7
When the noodle absorbed all the marinade, add in the ingredients you have plated up at the side and add in the spring onions with the bean sprout.
* Step 8
Stirfry for another 5mins
