Orange glazed chicken thighs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 with rack set in upper third of oven. Place chicken skin side down on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and cooked through, about 50 minutes, flipping halfway through.

* Step 2

While the chicken cooks, combine remaining ingredients and 1 tsp salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook until mixture has thickened, about 20 minutes.

* Step 3

Preheat broiler. Transfer chicken to a large bowl, add glaze, and toss to coat. Drain off far from baking sheet. Return chicken to sheet, skin side up, and broil until sauce is bubbling and chicken is dark brown in spots, 1-2 minutes.
