Mornings in monsoon’s are cozy so we need to have a protein rich meal so that we can feel better all day long..!
Basically it’s an American cuisine recipe that’s half cooked egg which is very healthy as well but if in case anyone doesn’t opt for half cooked one can definitely cook it for a minute on other side as well fully cooked egg..!

* Step 1
Firstly take a pan drizzle oil crack eggs randomly in pan let it cook in 1 one side sprinkle salt & pepper at this point it’s half fried we can remove it & eat if in case anyone loves fully cooked eggs can flip it and cook for 1 more minute & serve it hot with slice or bread or chapati..!
