* Step 1
Firstly dry roast semolina slightly until aromatic remove it don’t let it burnt being cautions. further, in a pan add ghee & temper it with lentils, curry leaves, and mustard seeds now add the chopped green chilies and roasted semolina mix well add water, salt, and coriander leaves cover the lid & cook for 4-5 minutes. adjust the consistency accordingly thick or medium.
* Step 2
Pop it in a serving bowl and drizzle ghee generously or it can be well served in lunch boxes as well microwave just before eating if anyone is taking the parcel to the office otherwise avoid ghee still it looks yummy for kids' tiffin box …!
