Palak (spinach)

300 grams

mutton in bone

3 tablespoons

oil

1 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 glass

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly clean,wash & chop spinach leaves drop in a bowl of water set aside further take a pressure cooker pop in all ingredients together of regular handi mentioned above mix it cover the lid & cook until 3-4 whistles later on uncover the lid cook the gravy until oil separates now add the chopped spinach leaves & cook covered until raw smell disappears & oil separates.
