Lauki mutton curry

#WS1 #Cookpadindia Firstly this vegetable is one of the foods which our prophet (peace be upon him) used to relish.it’s a sunnah as well as lauki intake also have a Dua (Aaqile kaddu daqile jannat wamakadu yafaloon) for eating Lauki .this is also known as bottle gourd this vegetable is very beneficial for health as it has more water content it helps to remove toxicity from our Body which further improves digestion & its also good for skin problems.

Ingredient

500 grams

lauki (kaddu)

300 grams

mutton in bone

1 teaspoon

salt

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

kasuri methi

1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala powder

3 tablespoons

oil for cooking

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take a pressure cooker add in chopped onions, tomatoes,mutton all spices,oil.leaving gram masala powder & kasuri methi.add water 1 glass cover it & cook until 3-4 whistles.further cook the gravy until oil separates now add the lauki pieces add Garam masala powder,kasuri methi,coriander leaves more 1 glass water cover the lid & cook for only 2 whistles.

* Step 2

The delicious lauki mutton curry is ready to serve with white rice,bagara rice or chapati.
