Stir fried Cashews mins

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

25-30 minutes
2 tablespoons

oil

1 tablespoon

ghee

1 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly wash mins & add in pressure cooker with salt,turmeric powder & a glass of water cook until 2 whistles then drain the water & set aside the boiled mins.further take a pan drizzle oil,ghee mixed together then add cashews sauté until slightly golden then add the onions paste & ginger garlic paste cook both until raw smell disappears

* Step 2

Then add all spices cook for 1 more minute & pop the boiled mins mix it very well.further add vinegar,Garam masala powder,kasuri methi,coriander leaves and sauté until the mins colour changes and turns roasted brown but not Burnt..!

* Step 3

Pop the mins keema in a serving bowl later on it can be packed in a lunchbox with chapati or enjoyed in lunch meal as well anything is perfect on the go..!
