Almonds & wheat flour hareera

#cookpadindia It’s a Hyderabadi traditional recipe also known as badam ka hareera it’s inspired by my grandmother,my mother & now Alhumdulillah I prepare this often especially in winter’s.it’s prepared with richness of almonds,milk,wheat flour,pure ghee,honey & saffron..! It’s a sugar free recipe…!

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1-2 tablespoon

wheat flour

2 tablespoons

pure ghee

1/2 teaspoon

cardamom powder

2 tablespoons

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take a sauce pan add ghee then set the stove on low flame burner & add almonds flour,wheat flour and dry roast it until raw smell disappears.make sure it doesn’t burn or stick to the bottom gradually add milk,cardamoms powder,honey and cook until a gentle boil.off the flame burner add almonds essence mix it.

Pop it in serving cups garnish with chopped almonds,strands of saffron and serve it hot enjoy the recipe this winter’s with your family…!
