It’s a Hyderabadi traditional recipe also known as badam ka hareera it’s inspired by my grandmother,my mother & now Alhumdulillah I prepare this often especially in winter’s.it’s prepared with richness of almonds,milk,wheat flour,pure ghee,honey & saffron..!
It’s a sugar free recipe…!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly take a sauce pan add ghee then set the stove on low flame burner & add almonds flour,wheat flour and dry roast it until raw smell disappears.make sure it doesn’t burn or stick to the bottom gradually add milk,cardamoms powder,honey and cook until a gentle boil.off the flame burner add almonds essence mix it.
* Step 2
Pop it in serving cups garnish with chopped almonds,strands of saffron and serve it hot enjoy the recipe this winter’s with your family…!
