I Actually love to try desserts as in we buy from market so I have tried this drooling & inviting dessert at home .this is also known as milk cake/ Khalakand in local language ..!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly boil milk & then add drops of lime in two batches & make sure the flame is on medium burner & don’t try to stir at this point.as it disturbs the process of curdling once it separates completely the water & the Chena then drain the water.
* Step 2
Besides microwave figs in water for 2 minutes then remove from water & either blend it to corse paste or chop chunks of figs.now take a wok add sugar,cuddle milk Chena,cardamom powder,cook until sugar dissolves & add ghee mix well further add chopped figs I love the chunks.finally add honey cook for a minute & off the flame.
* Step 3
Immediately transfer it to a greased bowl & garnish with strands of saffron.let it cool for 5-10 minutes then enjoy the yummy dessert.it’s basically a post meal dessert or served as a snack meal…!
