breast chicken

2-3 springs

curry leaves

1/2 teaspoon

cumin seeds

all-purpose flour

1-1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon

black pepper powder

1-1/2 teaspoon

ginger garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon

lemon juice

1 teaspoon

kasuri methi

1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly wash chicken & cut 2 inch pieces for chicken 65 besides in a plate add all ingredients together and mix it using a whisk and pop the chicken again toss it well until nicely coated cover the fish with a cling wrap and marinate for 30 minutes maximum.finally in a Kadhai add oil generously once it’s hot set it on medium flame burner and drop chicken pieces in batches fry until it’s fully cooked.gradually fry all in similar fashion.

Once all the pieces are fried in another pan add 1 tablespoon oil and crackle cumin seeds,curry leaves & green chili’s sauté for 1 minute and drizzle over the fried chicken. Our deliciously awesome dry chicken 65 is ready to serve as a post meal starter ….!
